hi all
can someone help me find a file or chart that has the syndromes collected and organized coz i am really having hard times with them and they appear so much in UW which is making me crazy, i keep going back and forth into kaplan books but it still hard to collect all of them ... so if anyone has the syndromes listed together and explained the most important findings or daignostic factors or something plz send it or tell me where i can find it...
