do we get any ER cases to manage in the usmle CS...eg a comatose patient or a patient with severe MI like chest pain in which yu have to start with A-->B-->C...where we would not ask a conventional history but manage a case like in ER
do we get any vehicular accident cases like in the ER??

FA does menion ER cases of chest pain and all,but ppl who gave exam say Er cases which need addmission in ICU r not given.so what i infered if a pt has chest pain that looks like angina,do the same as with other cases of GERD type of chestpain just be more compassionate
