Are they high yield?

Are they worth the time commitment?

Thats the same question i had in mind, i think it wouldnt hurt to skim over it after u have gone through ur first read.

i can vouch for tommyk's concepts. i used FA and tommyk for my step 1 and got 95. toomyk is a lot more useful if you are taking step 1 and 2 close together. It has a lot of step 2 stuff too. I guess most of the posts start as step1 concept, but then he goes on to explain the step 2 part of most of them. I found them extremely helpful. Use them after you have your first read, gives good reinforcement. Just like tommyk saya, donot cheat by looking at the answer right away. try to figure it out yourself and see if you can beat him.
