Hello, I am starting studying for USMLE. I am going to sit first for usmle step 2. I have some questions: (I am completely ignorant, so any help would be greatly appreciated). How do you buy the lecture notes from Kaplan? The price in Kaplan website is extremly expensive. How do you buy the Mock exam, the Kaplan Q bank, the Usmle World and the NBME? Are there special webites or you can find them in bookstores?
