Documents from Designated Dean's Office to Program Directors (for IMGs -ECFMG acts as our deans office)
You may need to obtain these documents and send them to your designated Dean's Office to be scanned and uploaded.
1.Medical School Transcripts
2.MSPE
3.Letters of Recommendation - LoRs
4.Wallet-Sized Color Photo (optional)
5.ECFMG Status Report (for IMGs only)
6.California Application Status Letter (for IMGs only)
7.USMLE Transcripts (for IMGs only)

You will create and send these documents via MyERAS later in the process. It is recommended that you prepare these documents off-line, before going to MyERAS.

When do we actually get the ERAS token? I have logged into my OASIS and clicked on ERAS token request but cant go further> I thought we could request it throughout JUNE 2007. Anybody please advise>

hey...whats "USMLE transcript"(no.7 in the list)...is it the score report?
also, can the MSPE be sent along with the other documents to reach ECFMG by aug1,or shud it be sent later cos they dont upload it until oct 1

they will upload the MSPE but it won't be released to programs until nov...
USMLE transcript is your scores - at least this is what i believe it to be based on reading oasis
i would avoid sites for writing PS because it easy to consciously or unconsciously borrow a few lines... make it your words - your experiences - your feelings (i know its easier said than done but its your best bet of winning over programs)...
