in a pt with acute chest pain taking cocaine,do we need to spend time councelling,coz am sure the Sp will be creating a scene already

well i guess all scene will b timed so they wont overact and take lots of time of urs as they also know there isnt much time , just say magic words of counselling , counselling is must whether he wants to take it or leave it its his decision but do ur job of conselling .....u will get a tick for that .... i understand acute chest pain is emergency but cocaine might b possible reason, so assure him u will try ur best to help him with that pain ....
