what does that mean,do i need to say am ur doc for today /will be examining u today,becoz i gotta say how may i help you today anyway?
how about pedia cases where the mother comes,what do i say to her?

I said. Hi Mr. Blah, I'm Dr. Mytime, How are u doing today, Sir? Then pause. then Alright then I'll be asking u some qs abt. whtaever u just said and will do a brief physical exam then i'll tell u what i think is going on with u what tests u might need and after the results come in we can go over the management together.OK? PAuse. I'll be taking down a few points so as to not miss anything important u might say.U can ask me qs. anytime during our interaction. So tell me when did all this start. .....................then nothing went on and on till whatever! I practised so much ended up sasying only what i usually say.
