i dont know, have to see....but with the first sight.....i feel its metastatic prostate???

F(osteosarcoma) is the correct answer.

The patient history is more suggestive of Paget disease of bone, which is marked by bone pain,anterolateral bowing of long bones, and sometimes high- output heart failure.This disorder is complicated by OSTEOSARCOMA in about 1% of cases.
