Getting bilious vomiting could be occur due to: a duodenal atresia without abdominal distension and a small intestinal obstruccion that presents with abdominal distension. Maybe that was the case?

i dont think that u will find abdominal distention in duodenal atresia.

Their is NO abdominal distention.
