im working as a cliical research assistant in some hospital in Illinois.i will be able to get two LORS on this basis.shud i some observership or externship other that doing the research or only the research is sufficient to improve my chances for the match.im ecfmg certified.with scores in mid ninetees.plz help.thanks

you should still try to do an observership to get clinical experience on the ward which is different than doing research
