* Symptoms usually occur within 10-14 days after initiation of cytotoxic chemotherapy.
* The typical presentation mimics acute appendicitis.
* Symptoms include the following:
o Right lower quadrant abdominal pain
o Fever
o Watery or bloody diarrhea -
o Nausea
o Vomiting
o Abdominal distention

I'd go for 4 even though I don't know neutropenic colitis... sorry for my ignorance...
