excess green veg. diet leads to hyper vitaminosis c. one of the major feature of this state is false negative urine test for leukocyte esterase, blood, glucose, nitrites.
these pt have calcium oxalate renal stones.
incidence wise she will be having e.coli infection.
chlymadia is ruled out cause of no inclusion bodies.
urine is acidic so no chances of stones due to ureaplasma urealyticum, cause it makes urine alkaline and then formation of stones.
