Waht vein is the most suitable for central line placement??

I think the easiest to take is the femoral but it would be difficult to insert a PA catheter or to allow the patient to move; the best maybe is the internal jugular because it's easier to insert a PA cath from here and also allows the operator to be at the level of the head of the patient and so out of the way of other surgeons. I think it should depend on the specific patient, wether he is there for heart failure or labor complication or trauma etc...
