i have heared that some people have beeb refused H! visa, was very surprized , i was of this impression that H1 can not be refused.......
would someone please tell me if H1 could be rejected.....
and secondly can we cahnge B1 to H1 in US or do we we have to come back to our original country to get this change done
i will appreciat any input
