A patient came in due to hearing voices?

You should deffinitely think of schizophrenia right away, is an easy one it screams the diagnosis so you have to do mental examination a complete one and you know usual questions for psych patients. Is an easy one though. But have to narrow down schizophreniform and others that are alike, but very little dianosis give this kind of symptom.
