Can anyone please please advise???
If you would like to:
1) stop IV fluids,
2) remove tubes,
3) remove IV access, schedule outpatient followup visit in 1 week
4) taper Prednisone dose
what do you type in the Order section?

Just click on top of the order and then click cancel..., for follow up make an appointment in x time..., move pt to home and the system will ask you when do you want to schedulle appointment...

in the order list
click on iv fluids and say yes to cancel
click on the tube ( foleys or nasogastric) anc click yes to cancel
click on the iv access and click yes to cancel
go to change location and click home---shedule appointment in one week- then confirm move
click on prednisolone and click on yes to cancel......( the ccs software is assumed to taper drugs as required....just like its supposed to give dosages of drugs as required)
