I used to sleep v less , but with heat stay up long make me unproductive , so I try to catch few more hr sleep rest , so that the another reason cannot post long here any more . Also summer here, alot of family commitment , harmony of outting too.

ps. MDU , physio 3 times in few days or even weeks NopeHardest to give mostLongest in my study, though I love it, v. good at it at school, just Dr D.repitation, monotonus, i have to break v. often , go down , walk out on the street to loosen up my head .
But new teacher v. fun , so will see when try physio again. AFC , AC might lighten up me re new physio teacher .

OK , noon already, back to study folks.
No Friday or week end off .
