hi, i have a question about the patient's note.
for the work up list, do i need to write down Na, K, Cl, etc. or i can just write down check electrolytes. the similar question for LFTs, do i need to put all the albumin, GOT, GPT...etc. ??

1. write Serum Electrolytes
2. You have to write out PFTs and LFTs in full.
