my exam is in first week of july,i have started my preparation already.i am reading the minicases from first aid right now.
i am on sore throat
on examination
dont forget to look in the mouth
ears
neck for lymph nodes
press abd feel for spleen
listn to heart
to lungs
look at skin for rash.

young especially sexually active ,yes think mono , can say it, all american knows teacher said, also if pt ask " Doc, am i going to die , say , no, treatable with , ?? antibiotics . "
Test will include in sp notes for mono spot test??
