isnt it hemophilus influenza? it affects children less than 2 yrs. could someone give the age gps which are affected by each of the above.

it looks a lot like RSV bronchiolitis with history of cold symptoms before onset of chest symptoms, also Hyperinflation on CXR. only thing that got me a lil bit confused are the enlarged cervical lymph nodes but i still think its probably RSV

i agree it is RSV. the lymphadenopathy part i guess is a natural response to the infection in the area that they drain.
