i would say crush step 3.... really interactive book...revises concepts of step 1 and step 2 ck
that and usmleworld should suffice( i am hoping)

i think swansons family practice is a wonderful book for step 3.it appears lengthy but if you highlight the important things u can revise it very quickly.
but u have to read strong medicine or crush with it.
