Hi! smal, there are no clocks in the room, but you can wear a conventional wrist watch (non digital I guess). I saw couple of people wearing them with the dial on the flexor surface of the wrist, that ways you can look at the watch without the patient noticing you. But the best way to manage time would be to practise and time yourself during your practise, coz some time is definately lost looking at the watch and you maybe distracted by that as well. I was not wearing any watch during my exam as I never found mine at home. My kid is 3 year old, so you can guess who misplaced my watch. good luck to you.

i bought one analog one at walmart. but didn't look at it at all through the exam although i was wearing it. i don't feel i need it. asha is right. u just need to practice as timed. then on the day of exam, u really don't have to check the clock.

Forget about the clock there are no clocks in the whole place and believe me you will not remember your watch because you are so in a hurry. Practice cases with your friends so you can get a fill from time, really that's all you can do.

Even in the practice I forget to check the watch . But feel more confident with my watch on.By the way real life even in clinic i do not like wearing the watch, just do as quick as possible in routein daily, special daily life. There is time in car, other people's wrist, your cell or in hospital, clinic on the wall . But never pay attention to except when is time to go when, is there yet Can some one elabrate the watch allowed , & not allowed. Do not just say analog, non digital, dial . Say or descripe it ,, better scan & post it . Not that I don't get it, just want to see it, be sure . GL

I used a fossil one of those that have the handles turning around jajaja I'm not very good at describing things but I think what they don't want you to use is the watches that have a way to get info over them so I think an old fashion watch is a good idea. But really as I mentioned before I was very worried about the watch thing too and when I got to my test center I asked someone if they had a clock in the place so I could tune my watch with it and they said no.... At the beginning of my cases I tried to watch the time but I was so in a hurry that during my encounters I did not see my watch at all and even if I had seen it I think I wouldn't have remember the time that I started the encounter jajajaja But anyways I did not have problems with time, just use the half of the PE rule during the 5 minute announce and you'll be fine.
