Urine Protein & WBC are negative, there are no rash or eiosinophilia >> it's not B nor D.

Urine Na+ is 8 >> it's not Tubular necrosis.

BP and other signs goes with fluid depletion. >>> the answer is E..

i think so too.. volume depletion..

He has prerenal azotemia as BUN:creatinine is >20:1, the most probable cause is volume depletion-- E.
