I personally want to see some EKG and Echo to decide what to do next. It may be metastatic pericarditis ==>> exudate, and may be constrictive pericarditis due to radiotherapy.
But (G) does make sense...

This is Tamponade (not pericarditis).

How u can decide on jugular venous distenntion and distant heart sounds that this is tamponade not pericarditis????

does distant heart sounds point towards cardiac tamponade too, just like muffled heart soundsm, sorry stupid question but had to ask

the beck's triad is charecteristic of cardiac tamponade.. distended jugular veins distant heart sounds and weak pulse and hypotension.. so i think this is acute cardiac tamponade needing pericardiocentesis..
