You cannot make a diagnosis of PE until 20 weeks of pregnancy. The Pt's LMP was 15 week ago, so no PE can be diagnosed.
The uterus size equals 20 week pregnancy that is seen in the mole... It, in turn, can be complicated by the above symptoms...
So, this is (C)

i am thinking hydatidiform mole.. as that can cause preeclampsia before 20 weeks.. and the other things rule out themselves.. i d go with hydatidiform mole..
