Hey guys, Psoas test kaplan it says please turn on l side i need to lift and pull it back? in UW vedios it showed that bnd u'r knee and try to flex the hip against the resistance.! Now which is the right method / Please help !

i guess both ways you will end up getting the same result- the patient's psoas and the lower abd muscles and fascia get tensed up and stretched. so i think its just two ways of eliciting the same thing. although i did it the way the guy does it in UW videos. anyone else on this pls? i know i was not able to explain that well enough.

Both will do the job.. there is no "right" way to check for Psoas sign.
