actually i havent taken step 1 nor ck.....i just wanted to tak atleast 1 exam.so gav csa on april 16....just follow basic things knock,drape,wash,b polite,talk slowly n clearly,help them while lying down or sitg.......i hadnt practiced my patient note once also,once i went there i didnt kno what to write........i thought i wil fail,i didnt write vital signs in 1 case also.the only thing i did was i spoke very nicely to patient...so due to devis blessg i passed.i prepared only for 15 days.i did fa then usmle world.......i took in chicago centre,3 of my friends took a week bfore me..i took all the cases from them..........n practiced those cases properly w my husband.....when i can tooo.i guess u can do...its a easy exam,doesnt chec ur knowledge only ur ethics,the way u present....n people tak it easy...pray for me for my step 1 exam.....gud luc again

can any one tell me pls how can I know the cases of previous week or so..iam taking the exam on oct 17 and I know no one who is taking the exam before me...Thanks and good luck to all of you
