hi i just started getting familiar with the USMLE CD CCS cases. THere is a tab for "treatment record" and i'm not sure what that is for? even though i have ordered for a medictaion to be started it doesn;t get documented in that section. Can we only type in the Order chart?

You can only type in the order chart and the orders regarding treatment will automatically switch to treatment record when you change the patient location..., you can´t type in the treatment record, as its name implies it´s just to a "record" of the patient treatment...
