wow i cant believe it ,i passed the exam.Thank you GOD.
like every one here i studied FA and usmleworld .I should say a special thanks to my study partner who also cleared the exam,he was so patient with me and tolerated my anxious mood before the exam.
My exam was in houston,had 12 cases 10 from usmleworld,2 you can find them in FA minicases.one slow and manipulating patient.i did a lot of mistakes.so for the ones who are waiting for the results ,you can pass with a lot of mistakes .dont worry.some of my mistakes:
I was not able to do the closing in one neuro case.i didnt do ophtalmoscopy in 3 cases that it was neede.i didnt perform thyroid exam in a case that was completely relevant.didnt pull out the bed extend till the 5th case who complained about it.didnt do the counceling in 1 patient(i acted stupid,the patient was so nice to repeat the part that needed counceling 3 times for me and i didnt get it)
in every case i forgot to ask some questions,but i asked pam hugs foss in all cases.in 2 cases i really didnt know what to ask and only attached to pam hugs foss.one patient used a slang that i didnt undrestand but i didnt ask about it till the patient translated it for me herself.
and it was just a part of my mistakes.

congrats...this is how i performed my exam..... gave my CS on june 15th at houston....i ran out of time in one case and i could not close it.....but gave counselling and answered the challenging question.....thts my first case...so that effect was on second and third cases....i even forgot to drape for the first 2 cases....but asked them relevant history...before going to PAMHUGSFOSS....i asked then whether they have anyother complaints...and then asked PAMHUGS FOSS.....next i washed my hands in all cases...did general examination...including thyroid....and then did systemic examination...even i made some mistakes in 2 or 3 cases...in every case i heard heart and lungs sounds...did belly examination whenevr i found time....gave counselling for smoking....forgot in one case to give counselling for alcoholism.....showed concern for patients feelings....and coming to the patient note i mentioned most of the positive points and some negative points....wrote the findings...wrote 5 dds (in some cases i wrote only 4)..wrote investigations...but all i m worried is about my hand writing....i just went fast and i dont know whether they can understand my writing or not.....
now i am worried about my result which is yet to come in august....and to our bad luck the standards of CS exam are raised....dont know whether i will pass or not....

Thanks guys,now i can relax and study for my step 1 exam.
badipatla ,dont worry these are not huge mistakes.have in mind that any of these mistakes probably has only one point and we can have a lot of mistakes and still pass.dont waste your time worrying about the exam result as i did.
if these are even half of the mistakes you made,you will pass the exam for sure.dont worry
