oh, yeah? Meg, I was thinking the same way that mature defenses may have insight but didn't find any resource. could you please tell me where you see this? I was confused that defense mechanisms are basically UNCONSCIOUS mental techniques while some of them, like the mature ones have consciousness in them. :?:
