ALL they're changing is the english proficiency component. If we're all proficient enough in the English language to be able to chat on this forum, then i'm sure none of us will have problems with the new passing requirements!!

young_doc x2 If your english sucks (communicatin with the patient) then you will suck in residency... so it should not be a problem if you are able to communicate correctly in a patient encounter.. dont worry... practice is the key.. learn how to take good history.. concised and relevant..good manners and yuo will be fine.
