so how much longer than 3 months did it take you? do you think its really possible to do it in three months?
kity, please, regarding the debate going on weather the usmle exam content changed dramatically or not (towards cell and molecualr biology), did you experience or feel such change in the exam? was Kaplan enough for those two subject?

You know what I still think I could have done this in 3 mnths, as I was studying full time. but This time I have wasted so many days at stretch just to cool down & relax as studies & USMLE was just killing me. I just expected so much from myslef. in 24 hrs all I wanted to do was read till I get this step 1 done, but my mind couldnt take all thsi stress. & tahsst the reason for my absence in journals..among others I remeber 10 days b4 the exam.. I was trying to read KLN pharma from 4 days still I just read 2 chapters..
then I awakend suddenly & picked FA.. realising 1 week was left.
I think duration of prep depends on many factors.. for me.. it was doable in 3 mnths as I had limited resources to do.. but my mental strength to read continuously was limiting factor for me this time..

And regarding content.. I could feel cell or mol bio was not that much in my exam as other ppl said ..I dont remember real Questions right now. but doable by KLN alone most of the time.. but I guess Questions come randomly from Q pool so I wouldnt know..
I cant comment if it has changed or not but stem of many Questions were so differnet (nothing like UW, NBME, Usmle cd, KAp Qbank, Qbook) this doesnt mean those were hard on tricky.. but it did came to my mind.. that this USMLE has Original Questions ,.. Answers of most them were daoble after doing KAplan Qbank.. for me UW was helpful but not that much compared to CK.. where most of Questions were like UW

I am silent observer in your prep journal.
I'm so glad that you can make it big.
Now i'm studying for step1 and i'm going to write it next month.
I am in trouble. I did all of UW questions and i scored only 50%
I try to do my best in improving my score but it doesn't work.
I don't know what to do now. I'm freaking out.
Could you please lighten me up? I don't want to be a loser anymore....
