sorry i am starting my journal too late..........anyways wanna post some imp points
always look for:
- LNE in infecs and malignancies
- RECTAL/PELVIC/BREAST--tend to forget(mention in 2 places-work up and when counseling)
- ILL CONTACTS where relevant
- always begin with open ended
- DIETARY habits in constipation etc.
- Couselling in HTN/DM/Fever esp respiratory/Diarrhoea/safe sexual practices in high risk
