Can anybody tell me where I can get USMLE CD and does it have an explonation with it?
Second question is which question bank is good except Kaplan Q bank and Usmle world?

when you registered for step 1 you should have gotten the usmle cd with it...
also you cango to the Usmle website and download it...
for explanations go to the kaplan website...
