Hi, I am one of old IMG so you can imagine that for me, preparing Step 1 is worse than Step 2. However, I have found Biochemistry, Pharmacology by Lippincott and Microbiology and Immunology by Levison very clear. The concepts are explained very understandable. I am using BRS Pathology short but very nice. BRS for Behavioral. In my opinion, it is not enough using First Aid. I am going to take the Step 1 and hope that I would tell you good news and experience after the exam.
