INTERNAL MEDICINE
Done with 50 pages of lecture notes. I am exhausted but happy..
The project was just to read 25 pages, the whole ID was processed, but I still need to re-study therapeutic algorithms, read Secrets and maybe do some questions, we will see what happens.
the internal medicine discussion forum is very interesting plus it helps me to re-read previous chapters. Good job guys.

I feel alone, nobody there that want to say hi to me...anyways just wanted to share my day. I re-studied ID, specially diagnosis and therapy, ID chapter of FA and Secrets, and finally UW ID Qbank (107 questions): first block 65%, second 76% and third 80%.
Hopefully it is ok specially because I am doing just questions of specific chapters. Now to study the answers is time-consuming, ideally I will finish that between tonigth, tomorrow and saturday. I wish I can stay home and just study but work is waiting, so two consecutive days are death, I hate that!!

2.-UW: 111 questions
3.-Kaplan Qbank 130 question
I am not going to bed if I don't finish my plan, no distractions are allowed.

Done with part 1, in addition I have read FA step 1, Pathology and step-up (of course just respiratory).
Now ready for UW, 3 blocks (46, 46 and 19 questions).

Hey, you are doing fine. It is not easy to have to work and study. I admire your zeal.
Remember to take your vitamins: B complex, omega-3 fish oil etc
Aslo make study index cards that you can take to work and keep reviewing especially during your lunch break.
I wish you the best with your prep. We can do it

Hi thankfull, thanks for stopping by and You are absolutely right about the study index cards, wow that's a very good idea. I am going to the gym too so my encephalines and endorfines level are fine and very important TO PREVENT DVT, PE, and DU.
Well, I have finished UW 111 questions (60,65 and 63%)... not happy about it . A lot of Zebras. Honestly the answers are not in the books i am reading. Anyway It's an important study tool rather than an assessment tool.
Then Kaplan Qbank 130 questions(78, 76 and upsss 65%) what a difference (more horses).
Now to study the answers i will try to do some tonigth if not tomorrow morning.
Goal for tomorrow:
Study Neurology 18 pages (kaplan notes), FA, Secrets, and probably some revision of step 1.
Goal for thrusday:
UW: 109 questions
Kaplan: 194 questions
I CAN DO IT!!!!!

Hi guys I am still studying the explanations but there is something I want to share, It's an instant of happiness ..wait.. there is a delicious smell coming from the kitchen... my husband is making me dinner and He bought a beautiful set of flowers for me... as our dear friend Thankfull said how important is our FAMILY support.

CS PREP JOURNAL TIME
Dear diary and friends I have to take care of CS 100% hopefully 4 weeks is enough, the score report takes at least 2 months while ck takes 3 weeks. I will see you guys in August.

Thank you so much draashna. Best of luck. It is good to know that we are here to encourage to each other. I am back after clearing CS. I really enjoyed it. Now CK 100%.
So far I need to study Neurology and nephrology (internal medicine), pediatrics, surgery, psyquiatry and Gyn/Obs. It is still a lot...
I have to take my husband to the hospital. He has a really serious disease that worries me. God give me streght to achieve my goals.
