On pelvic examination uterus was found to be irregulary enlarged .What is it ?

From hx either bicornate or septate uterus

Always suspect leiomyoma in young women with such history and IRREGULARLY or asymmetrically enlarged uterus.

*to differentiate it with endometrial carcinoma : In endometrial carcinoma uterus is symmetrically enlarged .
