Dideoxycytidine causes dosedependent peripheral neuropathies and adverse effects in the GI tract,
including nausea, diarrhea, and gastric and esophageal ulcerations and pancreatitis.

i got this answer by exclusion none of the mentioned do cause Ulcerations,

question seemed to describe pancreatitis, radiating epigastric pain, ddI can cause this. dunno abt the esoph ulceration, though. Thanks smiling face

best wasy to find was checking for radiating pain...to the back...
but but but here History is very much suggestive of oesophageal tear or massive ulceration......as its radiating to the chest..
