A 40-year-old male is HIV-positive with a cluster-of-differentiation-4

Zidovudine causes the Anemia and Neutropenia and if thats no the answer then choice B is the last one LEft

A major adverse effect of zidovudine is bone marrow depression that appears to be doseand duration-dependent. The severity of the disease and a low CD4 count contribute to the bone marrow depression.
