Hi I am an IMG in my final year. My perents are green card holder in US since last year. Today the embassy guys rejected my visitors visa. saying I dont have strong ties with my country.. rather my ties are stronger in USA. I am afraid, after my step 1, how will I get to go to US, there is no way I can show any strong ties, ven parents r there, they have applied for my immigration, but it will take a few years... What to do... please help and Advise.. I am really upset.. and my studies are affected... please help!!

After your graduation you can work in your home country and then you can bring papers from your employer that you have an employment in your country , which is considered a tie for you. In addition you must bring with you any evidence that you have interviews or exams in USA that you really need to go to USA and that you deserve the visitor visa. Good Luck.
