how i have practiced is Knock Knock ...Mr ..... i m Dr .... visiting physician in this hospital .. is everything alrite in this room ???? wat ever sp says .. follow if yes go ahead with history ... so how can i help u today???? after his c/c i m sorry to hear that u are having .......... i will try my best to make u more comfortable .so can u tell me more abt ur problem ????? he will start saying it ....then i follow LIQOR AAA standard ....... then ask PAMSHUGSFOSS b4 starting FOSS take a pause and say now mr...... i need to ask u abt ur family life is that ok with u ??? then now i need ask u abt ur social life is that ok with u???? then MR..... i need to ask u abt ur sexual life ,let me assure u wat ever u answer it will b confidential ..... after that ROS questions .... now mr.... i need to examine u is that ok with u???? b4 i start excuse me for a moment to wash my hands ..... while washing hands run all pneumonics in ur head and think did u miss anything .... or else ask patient is there anything u want to tell me more Mr.......

take a moment for wat u think this case has .... then start...... ok mr ..... acc to wat u told me earlier u are having this .............( brief relevant positivce findings ) now this cud b possibly due to ............................ but to come to final diagnosis we need to run few tests and imaging studies like .......................... now till we come to final diagnosis i wud advice u to ( start ur counselling here ) blah blah blah then .... do u have any questions for me ?????

main aim is to make patient feel comfortable ......as u all know, one of sp check list is willl u recommend this doc to ur friend or relative ????
