I disagree nortriptyline causes anticholinergic side effects dry mouth constipation dry mouth i go for chlordiazepoxide

but what r u treating with chlordiazepoxide? alcohol abuse? then what about his depression?

it could be he is taking alcohol for depression so his primary abnormality could be depression?

Nortriptyline. he's depressed & TCA is the way to go in elderly patients.
