Can anyone give a short template for drug abuse.
In case of barfight should I tell the patient that I need to report the police as this is a medicolegal case.
If in case the sp says 'If u inform police I will leave now 'and refuses to stay in hospital what should I do,should I tell him that Iam obliged to do that.

i dont think so they will keep any patient like this saying i will leave hospital ..... if at alll they have may b its an experimental case ......
in such case i think so u do the rite thing ...... if u think its medico legal try and explain him that and firmly say i need to involve police in ur case ..... but i also want to help u and confirm that u are not having any life threatening condition bcoz of ur fight... do u want me to help u ????? if he says yes ... start history if not say" i need to take signature on some forms b4 u leave...
