Hi,
I am an IMG from India
I want to know which place is better for taking CS considering the Cost factor , Accomodation facilities , and Transport facilities from the airport , etc.

Houston wud be probably the cheapest, as it is located in Texas, one of the cheaper states in USA

It depends where you come from... If West Coast, LA. If East Coast, Philadelphia.
I've tried to schedule the exam for Phily last January, but couldn't (it seems to be busier than others) so I went to Atlanta.
Although Texas has a low cost of life, you should take into account the flight ticket and how much would cost to you having a few extra hours of flight and change of planes...
Maybe there are some people around that have been in the same situation as yours and can help you...
