Hey I went to school in Prague, Czech Republic. My school doesn't offer a deans letter in the traditional sense (student's qualities and attributes) but it does offer a very short letter stating our final year grades and that we have completed studies. I saw that on the ERAS site we can state that your school doesnt give out deans letters. Is this better than programs receiving a small letter? I am not so sure that I can get my dean to modify the letter unfortunately. What do you guys think?

The short dean's letter will work. PDs know that the overseas school don't write the same sort of letter. It won't count against you.

At ERAS website you can find a model for the elaboration of a MSPE, perhaps you can hand it to your med school to see if they can make one... if not, as bbb state, a short one will do it fine.
