I scored a 54% on the 150 question download from usmle.com. Is this good or bad? Scheduled to take the exam on July 16th. I'd love to do WELL but my main goal is to pass. Any suggestions?

I guess you're in a dangerous position (not bad nor good score), but no doubt that in one month you can improve enough to enter in the comfort zone (reviewing HY facts, doing a lot of MCQs - especially UW, etc)
