Pergolide was taken off the market because of risk of valvular damage
BIVALIRUDIN approved for use in HIT and unstable angina( inhibits thrombin)
GARDASIL Recombinant vaccine for HPV ( 6,11,16,18)
DARUNAVIR (protease inhibitor) Treatment of resistant HIV infection.
ROTATEQ Live ,pentavalent oral ,rota virus vaccine.
TELBIVUDINE (thymine nucleoside analogue) Treatment of Hep B
Recombinant enzymes,
1.IDURSULFASE for Hunters syndrome.
2.ALGLUCOSIDASE for POMPE's
SUNITINIB treatment of advanced RCC .
Panitumunab for Colorectal cancer.
EXEMESTANE ( androstenedione analog) for estrogen dependent breast cancer.

every where on the net , Iam selecting possible drugs that may be tested.
There are many many new drugs , esp new generations of drugs already in use , which are easy to figure out . This list has unique drugs ,not newer generations.
