1. In which Drug OD can you still do Gastric lavage AFTER the first hour of ingestion of the drug? 2. In which situation can you continue resustitative efforts and revive a person from pulseness BEYOND 10 minutes?

Right. 1. TCA poisoning also because of the anticholinergic effects.
