if its documented that its ruptured ascending aorta, then it should be thoracotomy otherwise CT scan, ___________________ life is guud

How is it going to be documented? CXR may give a quick answer, and in stable we could go with TEEC... Otherwise, CT is a good option ___________________ Don't live in a town where there are no doctors
