For breast cancer the risk factor is age.
In male this entity is called the mammary gland cancer, and if you compare genders, then females win (or loose, whatever we call the victory). So, agan, we need to operate by exact definitions...

Ok here is my research results: RFs for colon CA:
1.Age
2.personal hx of colorectal CA
3.personal hx of colorectal polyps
4.personal hx of IBD (UC, CD)
5.family history of colorectal CA
6.Ethnic background (Ashkenazi jews)
7.Race(african american)
8.Diet from animal sources mostly
9.physical inactivity
10.obesity
11.Smoking
12.Alcohol
13.Diabetes

I couldn't find a specific reference to the strongest RF, but it says 90% of cases occur in pts over 50 years, so can we say age is the one? (but most occur in pts without family history of cancer)
